He has directed the strategic framework for training, performance management, talent planning, and assessment for a company-wide Leadership Training Program.

Having been skilled in identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills for different roles and analyzing existing level of competencies; understanding soft skill training needs and customizing training module accordingly

He has proven capabilities in administering the performance of multi-skilled workforce and conceptualizing need-based training programs to enhance their efficiency & productivity.
