Archana has as a work experience of over 15 years across various industries which include Training and Development and Market Research. She has trained more than 5000 associates at Entry/ Middle/ Senior management levels.

Archana started her career in education field in India and later moved to Thailand, where she got opportunity to train Nurses. She had also worked with Siemens Thailand for Japanese Managers. Her stint with training as a functional experience started since 2005.

Her area of expertise is personal transformation. She also conducts training on coaching to enhance communication, life skills, campus recruitment training, public speaking, motivational speaking, presentation skills, team building, time and stress management, Work-Life Balance, Managerial effectiveness, Creativity & Innovation, Customer Service, Conflict Management and conducting insightful interviews. She was involved in content development, assessment tests and curriculum mapping.

A passionate public speaker, training in this area came naturally to her. Her strong desire to make a difference and experience in industry helped her in trying to assist young professionals and students. She views herself more as a facilitator, who believes that diamond is hidden in all of us, all she does is to try and help people find it by further polishing.

During her tenure in market research industry she has got chance to work with prestigious multinational brands in various sectors including retail, hospitality, healthcare, travel etc. She had worked with companies in developing SOP, training needs and development based on analysis received through mystery shopping.

Archana has also successfully undergone the prestigious “Dale Carnegie Certification Program”. In her training career she has trained participants from all age groups. She has vast experience of training at many sectors, to name a few Retail, Pharma, Healthcare, Hospitality, Salons, Manufacturing, Government Officials and IT.

Archana ‘s method is to keep her sessions simple to understand, interactive to keep people engaged and is an empathic individual who connects with her participants. The feedback so far has been pretty good. The average score is 4.8 on 5.
