The retail industry in India is no longer a “job”. It is now a career option.

The objective of the training was to build ownership towards the brand and understand the value of each customer/client who visits the store, to be able to consult the customer on their needs and requirements and guide them as a Brand Ambassador.

This would help build trust in the brand and will aid in better sales through cross and up selling. The workshop also touched upon understanding retail matrices like Basket size, conversion, average bill value and contribution of impulse trays.

The trainer believes that being in a positive frame of mind at work is very important inspite of numerous challenges that the staff face inside and outside the work place.

The training also highlights how the Fabindia brand is unique from the competition and how every team member needs to be unique as the brand
