Balasubramani has total 27 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Training at various organizations at various challenging levels at different locations all over India. He has an experience on right from selection, induction, training, review, for all levels of Organization to all level of Sales Team.

He started career as a Sales Professional initially by the year 1988 Pharma Industry. First four years learned various skills involved in Sales as Feet on Street sales person. Pharma Major Co., Cipla was taught the skills and trained as a budding Frontline Manager.

From the Year 1992, he is involved in various activities of Managerial Responsibilities such as, Scouting, Interviewing, Selection, and Allocation in terms of working Areas, Training on both Classroom and on field about Selling Skills. The Passion towards Training started from this level of Career. Attended various training Programs conducted by the Organization with regular intervals.

During extensive work carried at Pharma Majors like Cipla, Ranbaxy Got the opportunity to plan the Training Calendar for Gross Root level sales professionals and Front Line as well as Second Line Managers over a period of many years.

Apart from Pharma Industry other industries like Retail Industry, Heavy Industry, Food Industry, got the opportunity of handling of Branch Office which includes Administration level along with regular Key Responsibilities of Sales and Training.

Being a Hard-core Sales Person basically, and a Team Player, it is easy to Identify, Understand the requirement of an Individual Sales Person, and a Team, to Train them on required Platform. Train a Manger on Team Building, Leadership, Time management, Negotiation skills, being the need of the hour.

Trained Various Insurance Advisors of Cos., like, HDFC,ICICI,RelianceKotak, SBI, through a common Training Institute approved by IRDA on Selling Skills, Communication Skills, Leadership skills, gave broad Insurance industry knowledge.

Training at Postal Department at Mysore for New Joiners Postal Assistants also experience Post Masters on Team Building, Time Management, Communication skill, gained knowledge of how a government employee’s mind-set will be.

A close association with young students of engineering and management streams, like MTech, MBA, and BE, by nurturing them from Campus to Corporate, for renowned Colleges like, New Horizon College, MS Ramaiah College. Also got exposed to the younger generation energy level to get motivation to compete with their energy, mind set and adapting to the XYZ Generation.
