Mini Pushkar holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Global Management. Her specialisation is in HR. She is a post graduate in English from Delhi University. She has seventeen years of varied experience in the training & teaching industry. For the last 9 years she has taken up training and HR activities as her core performance areas. She specializes in conduct of various orientation/ induction programmes for managers, executives, faculty/ staff members. She has an aptitude towards public relations and excels in oratory skills & effective communication. She is a good organizer and has the credit for conduct of numerous workshops on personality development, and professional communication skills.

She worked as centre academic head with Avalon Air Hostess Institute, an Aptech venture and trained students in professional communication, soft skills, airport ground management. She also handled the internship of students at the Delhi airport and was actively involved in their placements.

She then joined Sharda Group of Institutions (SGI, North India’s biggest university) and served as a senior trainer. The core task was preparing the engineering and MBA graduates for placement. She handled professional communication, soft skills, interview skills, verbal aptitude and group discussion. She was in charge of workshops held every year for the 2nd year students. She also developed content which is in use by the colleges of SGI. She was also a part of company interface cell. A record number of students were placed during her tenure.

She was a part of Carlson group of hotels as a Training and Development manager at Radisson Blu, Agra. Her primary responsibilities included in conducting induction, orientation, brand programme training and the compulsory monthly training modules. She conducted audits and assessments for TNA. She planned the training calendar and supervised departmental trainings. She was involved in recruitment drives and visited different IHMs. She was in charge of employee engagement and CSR activities and was editor of the Radisson Newsletter.
