Manjula Ramprasad has been in the field of Learning and Organization Development for over a decade now. She has spearheaded interventions like creating competency framework, assessment development centre, initiating competency based interview process, client-organization culture alignment, succession planning and career progression roll out. She has a blend of experience in the fields of HR, Operations and Training

She is a passionate trainer and has conceptualized, designed and facilitated Leadership Development, Behavioral Training Programs, Management Development programs at different levels. She has donned different hats and played a role of a consultant, a catalyst, an advisor, a trainer, a specialist, a coach, and a learner.

Having worked in organizations like IBM, Hinduja Global Solutions, GE, Accenture, St. Francis High School; she brings an eclectic approach to her workshops with experiences weaved  from each organization. She has conducted facilitation skills programs for management and leadership development, professional/employee development programs and personal efficiency through self discovery.

Manjula has played various roles right from content specialist to a consultant trainer for her major clients C2X, Pathshala Learning Solutions, Infopace Management Consultant, Mentor Learning, Purple Leap (a Pearson Vue company), and Bonanza Trading. She has worked on several competency based leadership/behavioral programs at all levels, collaborated with business leaders and helped demonstrate the competencies like teaming, networking, strategic planning, client interaction and coaching. She is also well versed in designing scenarios-case study-anecdotes-real plays-script based-and other application centric models.

Academically, she is an executive MBA from IIM-Bangalore and holds an Advance Certificate in Human Resource Management from Alliance Business School. She is certified to understand and interpret the behaviors using DISC profiling. She is also a certified instruction designer. Her deep interest in psychology and human behavior propelled her to take up Advanced Certification in Transactional Analysis.

Manjula’s expertise lies in conducting workshops on goal setting, influencing skills, delegation skills, time management, work-life balance, collaboration and networking, problem solving with systemic approach, emotional intelligence, negotiation skillsand conflict management, cross culture skills, planning and prioritizing, integration with customer to name a few.
