Gagan has a work experience of over 11 years across various industries which include Telecom, Retail, Channel Sales, FMCG, Banking(Sales), E Commerce, BPO, NSDC, Gems and Jewelry. He has trained more than 1000 associates at Entry/ Middle/ Senior management levels.

From the year 2004, Gagan started his career with 3G UK Ltd BPO and later moved to Intellinet which is a BPO for Vodafone India Ltd. Within a year of joining Intellinet for Vodafone process he got promoted as a Trainer and Assistant manager operations. His stint with training as a functional experience started since 2007 at Intellinet for Vodafone India Ltd.

He was majorly involved in Corporate Induction, conducting workshops in communication, customer service, telephone English for work and leadership, Product training, Process Training, Channel management training, Sales Training for Retail and Banking, Training in E commerce Process, NSDC Training for (Retail, Telecom, Customer service, Gems and jewelry), Assessment expert for NSDC . He was involved in resourcing, voice assessment and scheduling (preparation of calendar for the trainers and managing the Training Budget).

Gagan has successfully undergone TTT conducted by various brands like Sony Ericson, Videocon mobiles, Spice Mobiles, Vodafone India Ltd, Future Learning, Flip Kart, Easy Cabs, TMI, C&K, to name a few. His responsibilities included training new joiners (Entry/middle/senior) on Product, Process, Selling skills, Grooming, Soft skills, Channel management, Inventory management, E Commerce, in order to increase their productivity and thereby bringing about a gradual improvement of the candidate by set processes and constant coaching.

At 3G UK Ltd. Gagan has worked for 3 years and has been a part of different teams namely Prepaid, Post Paid and Retention.

At Intelinet Global Ltd. Gagan has worked for Vodafone India Ltd. Process. Gagan had joined Intelinet as a Team leader got promoted as a Trainer got certified by Vodafone and eventually got promoted as a Team Manager Operations.

At Solutions Digitas Gagan has worked For Sony Ericson Mobiles as a Regional Training manager for west India and East India.

At Videocon Mobiles Gagan has worked as a Regional Training Manager for west India.

At Spice Mobiles Gagan has worked as a Regional Training Manager for west India has handled south as well.

As a Free Lance Trainer Gagan has conducted training for Brands like: Flipkart, Vodafone India Ltd., Axis Bank, Future Learning, NSDC trainings for (Retail, Telecom, Gems and Jewellary, Customer service), NSDC Assessments for Telecom and customer service etc to name a few. In all the above mentioned companies Gagan was in the front end to deliver right from freshers to senior management level.

A total of 11 year experience has given Gagan an in depth understanding of Human Resource and Training as a department. In all the above companies he was involved in the complete inception and implementation of Training departments objectives and goals which has given him an exposure of 360° view of the function.
