Hailing from a family of Industrialists, in the Machine Tool Manufacturing sector, Chandrashekhar began his illustrious career as a classroom teacher, in mid 60s. Armed with a Post Graduate Degree in Education, Chandrashekhar has been associated with prestigious education institutions of Bangalore. He has served in various capacities as a classroom teacher, lecturer, resource person, HOD and Head of the Institution.
As a qualified behavioural scientist, Chandrasekhar has developed aptitude test for career guidance tools for young adults & standardized test battery for comprehension, computation skills in English and Mathematics, part of his doctoral programme, (CASE – Vadodara). He has continued to address the need for constant professional training in behaviour sciences & academic fields to be in touch with modern trends.
Chandrashekhar has anchored/ co-anchored workshops and Training Programmes adapting Adult Learning Techniques, which included themes such as Leadership & Team Building for Employees in Engineering, Hospitality, Education & IT Based Industries, Out – Bound Training for Corporate & Education Sectors, Personal Counseling & Aptitude Testing, Enhancement of Trainer Skills for Excellence, Communicative English, for In-Service Personnel, Banks & Financial Institutions, Enhancement of Personal Skills, Attitude Shift & Managerial Capacity Building Programmes for the Personnel in Public Sectors.

Under the KHSRDP, he has conducted Induction Training programs for new entrants in IT & Manufacturing Industries in Soft Skills for Professionals in Manufacturing, IT Based Industries & Students in Professional & Technical Courses, Education Leadership Programme for Heads of Education Institutions, Introduction to Life Skills Training programme for Principals, Heads of Govt Schools & Teacher Training Institutes.
Chandrashekhar has rendered assistance in generating effective curriculum & assessment tools for Universities & Education Institutions, Personnel Profiling and Psychometric & Aptitude Tests with Career Counseling for students & adults at different stages of employment.
