Richa has a rich experience of more than 15 years where she has spent over 6 years in the training industry. She has a Double Masters in Business Administration and Commerce. She has also done Bachelors in Education and Software Engineering.

During her initial career in the education industry, she worked in reputed schools like Convent of Jesus and Mary, Shigally Hills International Academy, ONGC Polytechnic and multiple boarding schools and institutions. After which she switched to the training and development with a strong focus on all the aspects of Soft Skills. She is also a Certified Trainer in Soft Skills, Spoken English and Transactional Analysis; she has been delivering Personality Enhancement and Pre Placement Trainings across India.
Most of her trainees are people who are looking for self development programs which also include first year students who take time to settle down in college and have lot of apprehensions, and final year students who need to be well groomed and prepared for placements. These people work in a range of different occupations.
With Mindskillz Richa has been primarily responsible for providing customized end-to-end soft skills training and development solutions through interactive and experiential learning workshops. She has a deep sense of research orientation which helps in developing content and need / gap analyses, creating design documents, developing content and delivering the modules. Moreover, she is involved in creating audio – visual training tools for clients.
