Siva has a strong and valuable experience in sales and sales training since he worked in sales for 25 years with Glaxo Smith Kline Consumer Healthcare across the country and abroad. Siva has been facilitating for the last 18 years with extensive experience across varied segments of learning and development such as content development, training, facilitation and coaching. He has been instrumental in designing and implementing various initiatives across verticals like FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, IT, Banking, Automobile, Engineering, Consumer Durables, Agriculture, Telecommunication and colleges.

He brings various skills to the table, ranging from his selling skills through his sales background to his human touch from his experience and cultural background. Over the last few years, he has been influential in associating with organizations like Glaxo Smith Kline Consumer Healthcare Ltd (sales), Centum Learning Ltd, NIS Sparta, Hero Mindmine, SGSA, Deeksha, where he was responsible for strategizing and implementing the best practices in Training and Development.

Siva has always strived to aid business development through behavior mapping, training need identification and consulting, instructional designing, facilitating, guiding, and coaching. He designed differentiators to add value to the entire customer service chain: direct, flexible, creative, capable and responsive throughout. This involved learning through outbound training methodology, consisting of activities and real-life scenarios. His training programmes involve high energy and enthusiasm which is not only influential but also contagious.
