He has worked as Lead Leadership & Professional Skills Trainer, Talent Aacquisition lead for various organizations. A life coach as well. A few clients of his: Verizon, Accenture, Infosys, CTS, Nokia IT, Nissan Tech, Grundfos, Sutherland BPO, Peradeniya University – Sri lanka, SRM and VIT universities – Chennai.

Yugander is a bachelor’s in Business Administration from Madras University, Madras. He is also an internationally certified English language trainer – CELTA from Cambridge University. He is Currently pursuing PGDHRM from MSSW – Chennai, and Policy Management from IIM Kozhikode.
