Vivek has delivered experiential training programs on soft skills, team building, leadership, conflict management, anger management, negotiations, emotional intelligence, goal setting, Wow presentations, breaking limiting beliefs, peak performance, workforce productivity, work-life balance, public speaking, coaching, persuasion, mock group discussions, personal interviews preparation, body language and assertive communication skills etc.
His educational qualification includes Entrepreneurship & Advanced Mgt. at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT-D), an MBA (HR) from APEEJAY School of Management, Noida.
He has successfully rendered ‘Life Skills Program’ on topical themes like ‘Health & Hygiene, Self-confidence, Creativity, Time Mgt., Happiness Index’ etc. to the slum dwellers at Meerut. He has experience of conducting the sessions by using multiple methodologies, games and corporate backed case studies which received excellent feedback from his clients.
Vivek is a certified Value Educator, Soft Skills Trainer and Life Coach from Cambridge University-BEC-Delhi, AKTU-Lucknow & Haans Seil Foundation, Germany. He has also served as a Mentor at IIT Bombay for its social vertical – Abhyudhyay in 2019. He is further certified on communication skills and strategic HRM by NITTTR Chandigarh and IIT Roorkee.

He was associated with White Swan Consulting Group (WCG–an IITian start-up, Ranked TOP TRAINING Company in NCR by Delhi Metro, 2010) where he imparted management consultancy to over one-hundred workers of COMMON RAILSIDE WAREHOUSE COMPANY (CRWC Ltd.) on increasing Labor Productivity & Motivation. He has built a model on ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’ (CSR) for the laborers at Shakur Basti, New Delhi, which aimed at bringing self-focus and mindfulness.
He was invited as a delegate and panelist to the First ever National Level BRICS Conference on CSR chaired by Nobel Peace Laureate Shri Kailash Satyarthi at India International Centre, New Delhi for the CSR projects undertaken by him and his team in Higher Education under the CSR Society: “SANKALP-A Promise for Life” of which he is the founder. He has been an active member of ‘Neem Schools’ at Delhi and ‘Janhit Foundation’ at Meerut. He recently conducted a sanitation drive and theatrical play at Meerut City Railway Station under the “Swaccha Bharat Mission” of Hon’ble Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi Ji. He was invited as a Guest Speaker to deliver a talk to the wives of Army Personnel on Stress Management at Army Welfare Association, Meerut.
He has shared his insights on Innovation & Entrepreneurship at prominent forums like IIM Kolkata, AMITY University, Ansal University, Edu TV, National Summit on Extractive Industry & Sustainability, AIMA, and SCERT etc. Due to the exceptional efforts made by his team in such a short span of time, ‘Sankalp: A Promise for Life’ has been recognized by BRICS Centre of CSR, United Nations and #KBC fame-The Earth Saviors Foundation, which is a matter of pride. He has further delivered career counseling and Peak performance sessions at Country Inn & Suites, Meerut for 650+ students from higher secondary and graduate courses. In a nutshell, he has inspired and touched 10,000+ lives at different private and government forums, schools and colleges and industrial sectors through his transformational programs. He has recently conducted sessions as a Faculty and Trainer for IIM Lucknow and Bombay Stock Exchange – Advanced Management Program (AMP) for CEO’s, VP’s, Company owners, CFO’s etc on ‘Social Inclusion’ and ‘Workforce Diversity’ which was received with overwhelming response. He has been invited as a Guest Speaker for CSR Summit at International Management Institute (IMI) Delhi in August 2019.
A Change Consultant & Facilitator at heart, his forte is in designing Train-the-Trainer (T3) programs, conducting Capacity Building (CB) workshops and analyzing future trends in School, Higher Education and corporate sector for teachers, scholars, corporate entities, professionals, NGOs, workers & the-not-so-very-privileged children based on VAK and spiritually sound experiential pedagogies. He is currently serving as Head – Training & Development, an MDP Consultant & a Senior Human Resources Faculty at Dewan V.S. Group of Institutions, Meerut, a prominent Management Institute in Northern India with 2-STAR rating from IIT Bombay and international collaborations from across the globe.
