Vivek has worked in Sales verticals with Citibank, HUL and BSLI, in the earlier part of his career, before getting into Academics & Training.
He has worked the elite Academic Institutions as Faculty and HOD. His last Institute was Centre for Retail, FDDI (Min of Industry & Commerce, GOI) Raebareily, where he worked as Faculty & Academic in Charge.
With 7 years of training experience, Vivek started his training career along with academics. He has a strong background in delivering, coordinating, developing training programs, conducting TNA and designing manuals and modules. He is passionate about enhancing people’s skills, counseling and training them to grow personally and professionally.
He was also associated with Future group, Randstad, and few others as a freelance trainer.
