Vinaya Ravi is an accomplished Learning & Development professional & a corporate trainer. She has a passion for people development & is poised to facilitate talent development through a distinct of blend of training delivery & content design. She has been actively involved in training, coaching and capability development to; improve productivity and performance for 12 years.

Vinaya has been associated with IT – ITES organizations and educational institutions. She has trained over 2000 associates across Entry and Middle management levels. Her experience and association with people across domains help her to effectively manage people and their behaviour. She is vivacious, creative and has exemplary inter-personal skills. She has managed activities in such as Need Analysis, Content design development, training delivery, mentoring trainers and grooming budding leaders.

Vinaya has conducted behavioral and soft skills training programs under various categories – People Management, Frontline Leadership Development, Communication skills, Corporate Etiquette, Campus to Corporate, Language enhancement. She has been consistent in fostering goals towards positive results for organizations she has been associated with.

Vinaya’s training journey began as a ‘Voice Trainer’ December2003. She was involved in Employee Induction, conducting programs on Accent Neutralization, Received Pronunciation (Standard British Accent) Communication skills, Culture Sensitization, Customer skills, Telephone Etiquette, refresher trainings based on performance metrics. She was also involved in recruitment, language and pronunciation assessment. She has successfully migrated two new business units during her stint in Aviva.

Vinaya began facilitating behavioral programs with her promotion and movement into the ‘Learning & Development’ function as a ‘Senior Trainer’ February 2006

Vinaya’s stint with Tata Consultancy Services gave her profound exposure to managing the L&D function & its offerings. She joined the TCS when the department was in its nascent stage. This offered her a wide and in-depth exposure & understanding of the function. She was actively involved in shaping the function through need analysis at organizational & project levels. She has designed & developed training programs for entry level, budding leaders, Hi-potentials and middle managers.

As a ‘Lead Trainer ‘at TCS, she has facilitated ‘Train the Trainer’ programs designed for internal trainer certification. She has certified over 150 trainers across various business verticals to support and develop self sufficiency.
