He also qualified Coach having Advance Diploma in NLP Coaching and Diploma in NLP. More than training he is known to make people implement on what they have learnt.

He strongly believes that everyone is a born leader, he is a versatile facilitator with keen interests in Leadership & Entrepreneurship development, Relationship, Creativity & Innovation. He takes keen interest in his participants within the class and outside, consistently mentor them. He has handled participants across diverse age-groups. He has exposure to different mediums Training and profusely uses Technology as medium of training.
