Varshaa is an independent hard worker who is enthusiastic and appreciative of the organizational image. She comes with overall 9 years of experience out of which 4 years of experience in the field of Learning & Development – Human resources operations in talent acquisition, employee training, payroll management, training & development, client relationship management, and 5 years of experience in Finance in issue management (IPO’s, QIP’s), surveillance, audit, operations. Varshaa has done her Masters in Business Administration from MET Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai in the year 2007. She is a graduate in Business Management studies from Mumbai University.
From the year 2007, Varshaa started her career with Edelweiss Capital Limited, moving on to Saffron Capital Advisors, then Anand Rathi Advisors Pvt. Ltd. Her last job was with VLPS Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Manager Service Excellence and Talent Acquisition in the Learning and Development team. She has proficiency in employee training, handling new hires, on boarding process, employee management, client relationship management, handling finance of the company in terms of salaries, expense management, trainer payouts, accounts payable process etc. Her stint for training started in the year 2014 with JP Morgan.
She was majorly involved in Corporate Induction, conducting workshops in communication, customer service, telephone etiquette, business etiquette, team work etc. She was involved in resourcing soft skills and behavioral trainers and be a back up trainer, assessment and scheduling (preparation of calendar for the trainers and the training calendar).
A 4 year stint at VLPS (Vedanta Learning and Performance Solutions) has given an in depth understanding of Human Resource as a department. Her areas of specialization were client relationship management, end to end process of training, employee payroll & trainer payouts, accounts payment process, reporting, talent acquisition, MIS management. She was involved in the complete inception of the Human Resource department which gave her an exposure of 360° view of the function.
At VLPS, she worked with clients from various backgrounds giving her an opportunity to broaden her horizons. The client list ranges over BFSI, ITES, Retail, Insurance, etc. She was at the front end handling entire end to end process as well as deliver as a back-up trainer right from fresher’s to middle management level. Few of the clients in her kitty were Flipkart India Private Limited, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse Business Analytics India Pvt. Ltd., Cognizant Technology Solutions, Boston Consulting Group, Pricewaterhouse, Capgemini, Prudential, etc.

Some of the Key achievements over the 9 years of Varshaa’s career included sourcing, screening, certifying and empanelled more than 50 trainers for Flipkart for PAN India trainings, sourced, screened, certified and empanelled more than 25 trainers for JP Morgan between Mumbai and Bangalore trainings, Acquired and maintained the Flipkart account single handedly, multi tasked on any given day between talent acquisition, training management and meeting the deadlines of financial filings, Public Issues successfully handled and got SEBI card for Aanjaneya Lifecare Limited, Unijules Life Sciences Ltd, Mid valley Entertainment Limited.
