Varshaa has done her Masters in Business Administration from MET Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai in the year 2007. She is a graduate in Business Management studies from Mumbai University.

A 4 year stint at VLPS (Vedanta Learning and Performance Solutions) has given an in depth understanding of Human Resource as a department. Her areas of specialization were client relationship management, end to end process of training, employee payroll & trainer payouts, accounts payment process, reporting, talent acquisition, MIS management. She was involved in the complete inception of the Human Resource department which gave her an exposure of 360° view of the function.

Successfully handled public issues and got SEBI card for Aanjaneya Lifecare Limited, Unijules Life Sciences Ltd, Mid valley Entertainment Limited.
