Vaishnavi Pandey, if put in a sentence would describe her as a Jill of all trades.Her young yet youthful career spans a total of 4 years. To sum up she has trained over 6000 students in a period of 2 years with respect to improving their communication skills, simplifying grammar, and Placement oriented trainings.
The passion towards the training industry goes way back to where she started her own tuition center at the age of 18 where she dedicatedly taught students from grade 1-12 on Literature and Language and Spoken English in her home town Ranchi.
Her success during her college days at Sunrise University proved to be even more exemplary where she branched out to become a writer cum editor in a local daily newspaper called MORNING INDIA where she would edit and jot down articles on a weekly basis. After completing her graduation, she decided to dedicate her life towards improving the quality of communication in the country and offer assistance on the same.
She later joined Transgenez solutions as a Quality Analystwhere she was to deliver quality cum outbound sales towards clients like Connect & Sell, Plextech USA. She was instrumental in contributing towards the all-round development of her team by training them on the basics of Voice & accent, Rapport building Listening skills and strengthen the company’s hold in the BPO segment. Her success led her to be promoted as a Sr.Quality Analyst.
After completing a year at Transgenez, she was handpicked by Zestech to launch their signature program JANUS and PRAGNYAN in the year 2014.She held the position of Sr.Verbal/Soft SkillsProfessional. Her job roles were to deliver and prepare content for the entire program. Her hard work bore fruit as the students that were trained by her had secured jobs in companies like TCS, Mind tree, NTT, L&T, Tech Mahindra, WIPRO etc. For her services to the company she was awarded ‘’Most Responsible Contributor – 2014’’.During her tenure at Zestechshetrained students from various educational institutions in fields like Engineering, M.Tech. MBA, UG for colleges like SJBIT (Bangalore) PES (Mandya) SJCIT (Chickballapur) AIT (Chickmagalur)T.John (Bangalore) Impact College (Bangalore) BGSIT (Bellur).
Her expertise lies in training modules like Vocabulary, Communication Skills, Personality development,Writing Skills, Reading Skills, Corporate Culture and all other placement related trainings.
