Ujval has over 15 years of experience in the Hospitality &Contact Centre industry, primarily in roles in Human Resources, Training & Development, Employee Engagement & Relations, Contact Centre Operations, and Rewards & Recognition & Service Excellence. The main clients have been multinationals from Telecom, Travel, Banking and Media sectors. He has also worked in the Hospitality Sector in Customer Service Excellence role. He has worked in the Human Resources and Employee Engagement function of First source Solutions Ltd and 24/7 Customer Pvt. Ltd. He has also worked with Oberoi Group of Hotels in the Customer Service functions.
In Employee Engagement, his areas of specialization have been Employee Engagement Initiatives, Employee Retention programs, Team Building and Bonding workshops, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Stress Release and Wellness programs, Leadership Engagement workshops and Fun at Work initiatives. Was instrumental in designing & setting up of the Employee Engagement & Fun at Work program for Firstsource Solutions Pvt. ltd. At 24/7 Customer Pvt. Ltd, Ujval set up the 3000+ employee Social Rewards & Recognition program and the FITO: FUN IN THE OFFICE program for their India center.

He is also associated with the Art of Living’s Corporate training programs: APEX – Achieving Personal Excellence, the program promotes stress management and leadership development for corporate professionals, which enables them to achieve performance excellence and efficiency, and improvement in relations at work. Ujval also teaches the Art of Living’s De-addiction programs – quit Tobacco, Alcohol & Drugs programs.
