Tina has more than 20 years of working experience and around 19 years as a trainer, training diverse audiences. She is a Bachelor of Science from the Bombay University.
She started her career in the Front Office and moved up with British Deputy High Commission as an Interpreter. Tina is a team builder, consistently motivating others towards success. She has empowered herself at every step and therefore gained experience and wisdom.
Hero Mindmine set the pace for Tina where she trained New Hires for Mphasis and Accenture, Siemens, Oracle ICICI bank and AXA business services. Being a Soft skills certified trainer at Hero Mind Mine and later at America Online has given her a good standing as an Accent neutralization trainer. As a communication trainer, Tina has also developed and trained tenured consultants for Building Voice Excellence program and assisted trainees in their interface with global associates.
She was a communications trainer and further moved on to American Online as a lead trainer. Here she gained firsthand experience on the call floor and customized training programs for the needs of the Operations Department.
She has been through many AOL training programs like Train the Trainer course (TTAW), Leadership training/Emotional Intelligence (LTAW).
In 2005 October, she was chosen as one of the top 2% performers who were awarded with a holiday, to the Maldives. She grew to be the senior trainer with AOL due her expertise in people and organizational skills.
With her working experience with British Deputy High Commission and America Online, as well her travels abroad, she has been able to hone her diverse cultural nuances and add value to her culture sensitization facilitations. She has been able to help her participants see the benefit of understanding culture for stress free communication with their global partners.
She has trained for corporate houses like Titan Company India, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, Harmon Kardon, Gati KWE, SunGard, Helios, Goodrich, UTCAS, HP and many others. Also handled one to coaching and mentoring with senior leadership VP of companies.
She is currently a senior consulting faculty with Mindskillz adding value to the organization with her multiple certifications.
