Sushil has a work experience of over 19 years across various industries which include Banking, Office Automation, IT Training, Training and Development and Consulting. He has led over 2000 workshops and trained more than 25000 employees of Indian and Multinational organizations at Entry/ Middle/ Senior management levels.

He has worked as a sales professional for two years with Standard Chartered Bank and then Modi Xerox. Six years in Marketing, Business Operations and Franchisee Management with an IT Training company (Boston Education and Software Technologies) and Eleven years in Corporate Training & L&D Consulting (Siksha).

He was one of the core team members of Siksha a corporate Training and Consulting organization and drove Business Development and Operational Excellence and was their principal consultant on a number of Client projects. He was Business Head for the IT, ITES vertical and later for the Western region and was responsible for adding clients like Fidelity, KPMG, Deutsche Bank and Novo Nordisk to Siksha’s client profile.

He has extensive experience in creating and managing organization wide learning projects and has driven such projects from the front for some blue chip clients from the IT, ITES, Consulting, BFSI, Insurance, Retail, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Engineering and Manufacturing industries.
