Sidra is MBA (Marketing & HR) from Sikkim Manipal University and has done graduation in BBM (Advertising) Mumbai University.
She has conducted trainings for different module on Soft Skills, Business Communication, Personality Development. She was also involved actively in making Was involved actively in making book of Grammar, The Art of Communication and Personality Development books for private circulation at Smart Orators.
Sidra was involved in designing and creating workshops on topics such as Team Buliding, communictaion, Presentation and Time Managemen Skills. She has assisted in creatiing the instrutional design of several training materials like communication skills, grooming,team building, time management & body language. Has motivate trainees through effective methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics.
She has created digital content and implemented career-enhancement programs and activities. Some of her expertise includes soft skills, Net-etiquette, grooming, Voice & Accent training modules, English Spoken, personality development, Business communication, Effective communication, Foundation course and skills training.
She is currently working with Mindskillz as a senior faculty and adding a value to the organization with her multiple certification and training concepts
