Shilpa comes with over 9 years of work experience as a trainer in the field of Soft Skills, Business Communication and English Language.
Shilpa has been a Deputy Manager – Corporate HR with WeP peripherals and comes with an exposure of having managed a complete business unit. A brilliant facilitator with an edge on communication, Shilpa in her capacity developed and delivered many training programs. Her role with WeP involved Training Need Analysis, Content Development and Delivery of sessions.
Shilpa has hands-on experience in setting up and managing multi-process training streams, including challenging startup environments. She also has expertise in adapting training direction to meet business needs, structured course delivery and continual process improvement to increase quality of work. She comes with a sound foundation in IT Industry, with hands on experience in all facets of Business Communication.
