Seema started her career with Surfgold India Pvt Ltd (Now Edenred India) where she had the opportunity to lead team and manage the multiple and prestigious Clients like Microsoft, HP, LG, Seagate, Nortel etc and successfully ran various Loyalty rewards program and managed the entire Customer care team.
She developed excellent communications skills, interpersonal skills and could work closely as a team. Her profile required to be a good listener with lots of patience and hence expertise in Customer Service. Her long term experience in the service industry has taught how to meet and exceed each customer’s expectations with service that sells. She efficiently assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. She could prove the best of her abilities due to great efforts put in various programs and by building strong relationships with Customers and Client, she helped Client servicing team close a deal with Microsoft. She was responsible for imparting training to new team hires and updating them about the processes and company’s policies.
Seema then moved into an education industry and worked with brands like Manya, The Princeton Review and Edu comp Solutions and with passion counseled students successfully for overseas education.
Seema also effectively Trained/Mentor new team members and made them understand the nuances of the work. She imparted training on modules like PTA meet, Counselling, Ways to increase Teachers capability in K 12 schools etc.
Seema now works as a Freelance Soft skills Trainer from last three years.
