Seema is a HR Professional with 15 years of experience in managing and leading different domains of Human resources function. She has worked with diverse industries, small to large, Indian to multinationals across different locations in India.
She started her career with Ballarpur Industries and journeyed with Ahlstrom Systems Ltd., CitiXsys Technologies, Ion Idea and ZTE Telecom India. She held various roles as team leader and contributed in individual capacity to achieve business goals. She brings multicultural outlook and perspectives, having worked with Indian, French, US and China business conglomerates.
Her professional strengths include defining, auditing, improvising and executing HR Processes, HR policies, employee handbook, Induction Manuals, employment contract, Training and Development manuals, training processes to inculcate learning culture to build flexible and empowered workforce to support business. She has hands- on experience in setting up HR Department, Training and Development centre in big and small set ups from ground zero.
