Sastri Mantrala comes with work experience of over 12 years in BFSI (BPO/ITES Services) and Training and Development (an L & D Professional).
He started his career as Junior Research Associate in Capital IQ and then he got elevated to the role of Process Specialist-Cum-acting-Process Trainer in Cognizant & subsequently as BPO-Cum-Non-Voice Trainer in Synchroserve and as English & Soft Skills Trainer in NIRMAAN organization, the last two being NGO’s in Hyderabad.
Sastri Mantrala during his 9 years stint with Cognizant for the client UBS, successfully transitioned Over-The-Counter margins process from London, the United Kingdom and was instrumental in its off-shoring and stabilization.
In his last stint with NIRMAAN organization, he completely changed the face of Softskills through his creativity and unparalleled training sessions focusing on trainees overall personality development which yielded good results.
His role in the last organization (NIRMAAN) was as follows:
- Leading the meeting of Softskill trainers across the projects and thus promoting team-building and creativity.
- Designing and finalization of English-cum-Softskills curriculum.
iii. Taking on-line sessions for B.Tech and M,Tech trainees in English and Softskills with the objective of making them employable at workplace.
- Conducting assessments for trainees and highlighting areas of improvement.
- Updating to different stakeholders within the institute on students placement status by keeping track of the same.
- Active participation in daily scrum reflection meetings involving all the stakeholders and raising exceptions to the management if any.
Sastri Mantrala holds Masters in Business Administration from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Besides, being a motivational speaker, he is also a NIESBUD TOT Certified Life Trainer who is making jobseekers achieve their dream jobs through his impactful Softskill training sessions.
He is currently working as a Freelancer-SoftSkills with ICICI Bank, Hyderabad adding value to the bank with his professional experience and certification.
