Sanjiv Poddar started his career as Soft Skill Trainer, after he graduated as Zone Trainer of Junior Chamber International – India in 1989. Sanjiv graduated as National Trainer of Indian Jaycees in 1995, as well as an International Trainer in 2005, and further climbed the ladder by becoming International Head Trainer in 2008. He is the only trainer in Eastern India to achieve such greatness. A regular trainer for Charted Accountant Institute of Ranchi, Sanjiv has conducted various workshops and Training sessions on leadership and soft skill.
Since achieving Individual Development in others is his prime objective, Sanjiv started training the youth of India through schools, colleges, NGOs, clubs, CA Institute etc. The subjects he covers are: Leadership in Action, Human Relation, Effective Public Speaking, Effective Decision Making, Time Management, Communication, Goal Setting, Team Building, Man Management, Parliamentary Procedure etc.
As a regular Trainer at Charted Accountant Institute of India Ranchi Branch, he conducts Training sessions that cover aspects like Public Speaking, Stage Fear, Leadership, Motivation, Goal setting, personal grooming, Effective Communication etc. for students on entry level to GMCS.
As a socialite, Sanjiv has served various organisations in different capacities, and is presently the President of “Travel Agents Association of Jharkhand”. Other Organisation served by his as leader is Junior Chamber International, Lions Clubs International, Ranchi Club Ltd etc.
Sanjiv has strong personal and professional skills and has a deep understanding of Trainees need and deliver accordingly.
A vivid traveller, Sanjiv has travelled and conducted Training sessions / Workshops in almost all cities of India.
