Sandip has been in the Learning & Development space for about 20+ years. He has clocked more than 27,000 training and coaching hours and has trained and coached close to 40,000 professionals across management levels.
He has worked in global multi-cultural matrix & virtual teams across multiple geographies (UK, US, Philippines, Bangladesh & India) in a variety of businesses and has strong understanding of Adult Learning Principles. He brings expertise in driving Learning & Development Strategy and Operational Execution of customized interventions in both Corporate & Consulting roles.
Sandip played many roles in the Learning space that of a – Trainer, Training Manager and Training Head, before venturing on his own in 2008. He has worked with about 40 multinational clients across the corporate sector and many start-up businesses and small and medium entrepreneurs. He focuses on ‘Application and Action’ in his coaching sessions, which causes internal change and produces high return on learning investment.
