Kishore has a work experience of over 18 years across various industries which include Sales, Human Resource Management and Training and Development. He has trained more than 1500 associates at Entry/ Middle/ Senior management levels.
From the year 1996, Kishore started his career with TATA Donnelley Ltd and later moved to ICICI Bank. Within a year of joining ICICI he have pursued Human Resource Management and got into the role of Talent acquisition with Reliance Retail and later joined Coromandel International as Regional HR taking care of recruitment and on board training. My stint with training as a functional experience started since 2008.
He was majorly involved in Corporate Induction, conducting workshops in communication, motivation, customer service; telephone Etiquette, Business Etiquette and sales training for work and leadership. He was involved in resourcing, pre assessment, post assessment and preparation of calendar for the trainers.
Kishore has successfully undergone the prestigious “Neuro Linguistic Program” (NLP) certified by the American Board of NLP. He is also a DISC assessor certified by Thomas International. His responsibilities included training young talents to increase their employability rate thereby bringing about a gradual improvement of the candidate by set processes and constant coaching.
He worked with clients from various backgrounds giving him an opportunity to broaden his horizons. The client list ranges over Manufacturing, IT, Banking, Retail and academics. He was in the front end to deliver right from freshers to senior management level.
A three and half year stint with Reliance Retail and Coromandel International Limited, has given an in depth understanding of Human Resource as a department. He was involved in the complete inception of the Human Resource activity for their retail division which gave him an exposure of 360° view of the function. He was primarily responsible in setting up the Talent Management wing which predominantly involved Training & Employee Engagement which has helped him establish himself as Generalist.
As a freelancer Kishore has been primarily responsible for providing customized end-to-end soft skills training and development solutions through interactive and experiential learning workshops. He has a sense of research orientation which helps in developing content and understand need / gap analysis. Developed content and delivered the modules.
