He has also worked with companies like Elken International pvt ltd (No.1 direct marketing company in Malaysia dealing with wellness and FMCG products) MODICARE Limited (a Direct marketing FMCG company) as the General Manager Training (India) and Business development in the North Eastern territory (Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim) he has also handled the entire country as General Manager Training Covering India & Nepal.

He spear headed the training department in Modicare and developed teams all over India, conceptualized and implemented a robust system to train and develop the distributors to perform better.
