Ruchi has a work experience of over 10 years across various industries, which include Education, BFSI, IT & Hospitality and in areas like training, coaching, counseling, NLP healing, wealth management & financial planning, team building and management. She has trained about 1000 associates at all management levels and coached about 100 individuals on areas of performance, career and life.
From the year 2006, Ruchi started her career as Financial and Sales Professional, from where she developed a flair for training. Being an excellent sales motivator and public speaker, she was encouraged to take up training as her career. Her stint with training as a functional experience started since 2008.
She was majorly involved in Corporate Induction, Sales training, Effective communication and Time management workshops,Leadership and motivation, various other soft skills and behavioral trainings- both inbound and outbound.
Has worked as freelancer and trained individuals from diverse backgrounds. Also conducted multiple Campus to corporate workshops.
During her five-year journey at Kotak, she has got in depth understanding of Sales processes. She was responsible for corporate induction of employees, sales training, team management, bridging gaps between achievement vs. expectation through her training need analysis and giving skill based training solutions. She was also responsible in setting up of customer service and upselling teams, which predominantly involved Training & Employee Engagement, which has helped her in establishing as an overall L&D professional.
