She is empaneled with a Qatar based HR Solutions Firm and Holistic Training Solution. She also brings to the table an array of industry experience with BPO’s, IT, ITES, Manufacturing, Utilities, Card services, Insurance.
She has invested over 5000 training hours and trained over 2000 participants in both middle and junior/entry level management. Her forte lies in Behaviour & Soft Skills Trainings, Sales and Insurance, Accent Neutralisation and Culture trainings.

Ritika has a Master’s Degree in English Literature (2008) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, New Delhi. She is a commerce graduate from Delhi University.
