Having successfully trained more than 1000 employees from various industries and at various levels on English language, business communication skills and other vital behavioral skills along with leadership development programs, she is a competent facilitator, content developer and coach. She follows extensive training need analysis for determining the course plan and methodology necessary for the training ensuring positive results.
Through her long-term experience from Infosys, Rashmi has been a keynote organizer of various trainings and campus events at the organization. She has been awarded many times for her expertise in training, coaching & feedback, leadership, OD and event management skills.
She is a TTT certified trainer and is pursuing a Master degree course in Organization Psychology as she has keen interest in the subject of human psychology, industry and organization behavior which has helped her understand the needs of employees and employers better.
She is a quick learner, a voracious reader, understands the adult learning principles of pedagogy,
Encourages imagination and introduces fun in all her training classes. Content development and facilitation is her key area of strength and she believes that being a good listener and involving her class is what makes a training program successful.
As a senior faculty member with Mindskillz, Rashmi has been primarily responsible for Creating Customized Content for clients. She designs documents, develops content, and delivers training as a faculty as well. She is involved in using new and improved technology and platforms for creation of content and all visual training tools for clients. She also builds end-to-end soft skills training and development solutions through interactive and experiential learning workshops. She is research oriented which helps her in developing content and identifying need/gap analysis.
