Rajeshwari has more than 7 years experience in Teaching and Training of Students in Management studies and skill development programs for youth and disabled youth. In addition, she has experience in Banking and Insurance. As a senior faculty member at Mindskillz, she has been a valued member for her wide range of experience and successful training delivery.
She has worked as Digital Trainer for a reputed NGO where she has mentored disabled youth in their skill development through offline classes and online classes through Zoom and Google Meet. She has trained the candidates in soft skills, Personality Development to upgrade the skill of the disability for the placement.
She has experience in Training the Nursing Assistant for DDUGKY project, where her responsibility was to train the rural women on grooming, communication skills between the age group of 18 and 35 for the placement.
She has experience in Training College final year students for the personality development and placement related training.
She has experience in teaching MBA students on the subjects Marketing and also in Placement Training.
She has her Maters in Business Administration from Velammal College of Management and Computer Studies (Madras University). She is also Practioner of Tantra Yoga which helps in removal of energy blocks in Chakras and improvement of concentration.
She is currently a consulting faculty with Mindskillz adding value to the organization with her multiple certifications.
