Rahul Sinha Roy has over two decades of diverse industry experience across Market Research, Telecom, Retail, ITeS, Consumer Healthcare, EdTech, and Pharmaceuticals. His expertise spans Learning & Development (L&D), Organizational Development (OD), Sales, Business Operations, and Customer Experience. He specializes in designing and facilitating customized learning programs, including bite-sized sessions and comprehensive workshops that integrate coaching and application-based learning. Rahul employs business-oriented, inquiry-based, and reflective facilitation methodologies.

In his last role as the Head of Talent Development, at Biocon Limited, Rahul led L&D and OD initiatives, capability-building strategies, and fostered a high-impact learning culture aligned with business objectives. Currently he is a senior consulting faculty with Mindskillz.

He has also managed and executed key projects as a freelance consultant for leading organizations, including Airtel, TATA AIA, HDFC ERGO, Indigo Airlines, Adani Mining, Genpact, and Dalmia Cements. He is empanelled as a Senior Learning Consultant with Speak First (Lepaya), UK, and collaborates with multiple training delivery partners in India.

Over his career, Rahul has designed and conducted over 500 workshops across India and the APAC region, focusing on leadership development and behavioral skill-building. He has been instrumental in developing IGNITE, a flagship and his signature leadership development program, and has successfully led L&D and OD interventions to enhance organizational effectiveness.

His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta (University of Calcutta). He is also a certified i-Catalyst Train-the-Trainer (TTT) from Pragati Leadership, Pune.
