Industry Experience (34 years): He has extensive line management experience in the aircraft industry (HAL), specializing in quality assurance, maintenance, overhauling, plant maintenance, international marketing, and materials management. He implemented Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance, and human process reengineering to enhance productivity and employee engagement. He conducted numerous management trainee programs, OJTs, and workshops on productivity improvement, maintenance management, and leadership.
Academia (26 years): Prof. Gupta is an expert in training and development, management teaching, research, and administration of B-Schools, guiding MPhil and PhD scholars. He has delivered FDPs, EDPs, and MDPs on development skills, mind reprogramming, empowerment, and quality improvement in education.
