Pramod started his career as teacher, moving upon the ladder to be the principal. He has also worked in 24/7 customer, HSBC Banking training different processes, he has 18+ years of experienceoverall.
As a trainer, Pramod has developed and conducted effective workshops for various organizations. He is a Subject matter expert in conducting, Management Development Programs, Leadership Programs, Basic & Advanced Customer Service Skills, Team Building, Positive thinking & Motivation, Sales training, Aptitude and placement training for engineering students, Train the Trainer & Master Trainer programs.
He has completed his MA in English. He is a certified trainer of NSDC, Retail from RASCI, Telecom from TSSCI, Banking from BSCI, and Automobile from CII. Pramod has also completed change management practitioner certificate from PROCSI
