By using current and relevant examples she ensures that her sessions are interactive and helps her to connect to the audience well. She has a work experience of 15 years across India in various industries including Aviation and retail.
Poonam commenced her career in aviation with R.D.M (a commercial holding of Lufthansa), She was majorly involved is conducting workshops and classroom training in communication, customer service, telephone English for work and quality. The role involved understanding and developing individuals to communicate effectively. As a consultant she has since developed and delivered over 20 training programmes.
She has had a superb stint in retail training with Tanishq and Titan Eye Plus. She has a six years association with Frankfinn Airhostess Institute in Mumbai Kochi. She has worked with other retail giants like Reebok, Adidas and Celio. Apart from this, Poonam has trained and coached large number of industry practitioners throughout the course of her career.
She is presently engaged with Accenture & EY for their modules on Effective Communication, Teamwork and interpersonal skills, Client Centricity, Building Valued Business relationships, Customer WOW experience, Assertive Communication etc. to name a few.
