Outbound Learning involves around people coming out of their regular workplace and applying the concept of fun and learning. This is one of the few methods of experiential learning.
Usually Outbound programmes are based with specific objectives to deal with and the common demand is for Better team work, Communicaiton Skills, Leadership, Planning, Change Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making.
Lot of activities are weaved around the topics and the game or activity is conducted. In this we see a lot of strategies being devised and a game plan is created to deal with the task in hand. While there is a lot of energy during the training, it important to channelize all the energies and work towards the central theme or goal for that day.

These allow more activities and more importantly allow us to take the degree of difficulty to different stages as the days progress. More time is allowed for facilitation and reflection and group work.
