Our Founder
Cavita Mehra is the Principal founder and Managing Director of Mindskillz & has over 18 years of work of experience in Soft Skills behavior training. She is a graduate with English Honors & psychology, diploma in Mass Communications & Fashion Designing & has also been associated as the Division Manager with Bharti Resources as well as Hero Mindmine in conducting senior management behavioral & sales programs. She has been actively involved with several projects involving creating performance solutions based on an in-depth understanding of a client’s business environment across various industry segments , such as IT, ITES, BPO, PSU’s & MNC’s.
The company has been her brainchild, her passion and dedication. In a span of 8 years, Cavita Mehra has moved the organization from a team that started with just 2 trainers to have 150+ specialist trainers with multilingual competency in training capability and with pan India presence, in 33 states today. Mindskillz has a clientele of over 80 organizations from various market segments like IT & ITES, Manufacturing, Banking & Insurance, Health Care, Retail Sales and Service amongst a few. She is a mentor who is sought after in the professional circles. In her capacity as a Managing Director for Mindskillz, Cavita never fails to inspire the younger trainers and the teams she works with. She is indeed a role model for young entrepreneurs.
Cavita, despite her hectic schedule finds time to catch up on her other interests. She is an avid reader and believes in constantly building her knowledge bank. She also finds immense serenity in yoga and meditation. Her keen interest in sports especially Golf has helped her enhance her personal and professional network keeping her in touch with the business world.
Her biggest contentment is from her dedication and selfless interest to work for the community and support the upliftment of women and the under privileged girl child. As part of this selfless cause she plays a key role in Mantram Art foundation which is an NGO that supports the “girl child project”, helping handicapped children & women through fund raising through promotion of art. With a continued will to work to the betterment of society Cavita has volunteered for the Civil Defence Citizen’s Army as Divisional Warden.
She has been recipient of Women Leadership & Innovation award 2013, hosted by IWLF. Speaker at CEO’s conference Neovette Technologies and speaker at Work life balance Conference at Logica A panellist at ISBR for Discussion on Entrepreneurship. She is also a partner member for the WILL Forum India. She is a mentor who is sought after in the professional circles.
She is certified in Pranic Healing, Reiki level II and transdental and Chakra mediation.In her capacity as a Managing Director for Mindskillz, Cavita never fails to inspire the younger trainers and her teams.
