Narinder is a unique blend of Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Retail, Wholesale, Education  training which makes him a multi faceted and an outstanding trainer.Narinder has over 20 years of experience in Sales & Sales Training put together .

Narinder started his career in the year 1994 and since then he  has worked at different levels in Sales & Training with   premier Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Retail & Manufacturing companies known for their research based products around the globe, namely Eli Lilly & Co,LG Life sciences, Max New York Life Insurance, Metro Cash & Carry & Fenesta.  He has created benchmarks in personal and organizational transformation.

He was majorly involved in Sales Training, conducting workshops in Communication, Customer Service, Coaching skills, Selling Skills, Leadership skills, Managerial effectiveness, Time Management, Key Accounts Management, Recruitment Skills, Closing Skills, Problem Solving .Narinder has been instrumental in building sales force capability  at National Level. He has also spearheaded customer  projects in various organization.

Narinder   has successfully undergone Licentiate & Associate an advanced program in Insurance from Insurance Institute of India.

.He  follows a blended approach which ranges from classroom training  to on the job shadowing. The client list ranges over  Pharmaceutical, Banking, Medical Device, Insurance and Education. He was in the front end to deliver right from freshers to senior management level.

Narinder has worked for 11 years with Eli Lilly both in sales & training. At Lilly he was responsible for Induction, refresher and advanced training of the entire sales force. He has spearheaded  many training projects in Lilly which led to extraordinary results .He has trained external partners on customer centricity as well.

Narinder has spent close to 4 years with Max New York Life, where he was responsible for training middle & senior management on soft skills. He has been instrumental in registering great sales with the help of training interventions.

After this he had the opportunity to work with Metro cash & carry. At Metro he was responsible for sales force capability development on Pan India basis .He also conducted various soft skills & behavioral training for senior management.

He had the opportunity to work with Fenesta as Sales Training Manager-Pan India, where is was responsible for end to end training of the entire sales force and senior management.Narinder added value to his work by designing content & sales tool to enhance sales effectiveness. He was also responsible for training of channel partners like dealers on Pan India basis for a uniform training approach.
