Midhun Manmadhan is a Dale Carnegie certified L&D professional with 11 years of experience.

His area of expertise and interest are in leadership, performance management, people skills, Sales management, DISC psychometric assessment, presentation skills and communication training. He has trained participants ranging from Assistant Vice Presidents to frontline sales personnel.

Midhun has a proven track record in the industry, working with leading MNCs such as GE and Citigroup, covering a gamut of areas such as sales and distribution, channel management, recruitment, training and development, coaching and mentoring teams, customer service and retention, performance management and branch network administration.

He has facilitated workshops for clients such as Bajaj Finserve Lending : handling topics such as  Managerial effectiveness, negotiation skills, conflict management, Customer Service, Delegation, channel management for middle management across various verticals ; BNP Paribas:  Influencing and presentation skills workshops; Essar Steel: Business communication skills workshop for Managers at the steel plant covering both written and oral communication skills, email writing; HDFC Bank : facilitating workshops on diversity for Executive Vice Presidents and Deputy VPS of the bank belonging to Hyderabad region; Laurus Labs : extensive coaching on presentation skills for managerial staff from Quality, manufacturing and Intellectual Property department; Axis Bank: Leadership workshop for Collection Managers and Fraud Control Unit personnel covering team management, coaching, feedback for performance improvement; Also selling skills workshop for HNI and Wealth Relationship Managers and Treasury Teams including AVPs across South; Oracle Corp : presentation skills workshop for the Utility team; Indus Ind Bank: Leadership and managerial effectiveness workshops for  middle management ; also co created content for a Pan India project for Indus Ind Bank on selling skills. Prior to moving into training full time, Midhun was heading Hyderabad Region as the District Manager for Karvy Financial Services Ltd which is a group company of KARVY. While at KARVY, he was also responsible for handling Induction training for entire South Division covering topics such as Sales & Marketing, Customer Service & operations, compliance branch controls, and competition analysis.

Prior to his stint with Karvy Midhun has had a 6 year long innings with Citigroup as an Assistant Manager and Manager at CitiFinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd , its NBFC arm. At Citi, Midhun has had the opportunity to start locations from scratch, handling recruitments, training and coaching teams to perform and growing the branch network and its portfolio size. He also did a short stint managing South Kerala cluster of branches and also was a part of the restructuring team post 2008 recession.

Midhun started his career first with GE Money as a Sales Trainee before moving on to becoming a Relationship Manager. He trained new resources on-the-job in sales, marketing promotions and customer interviewing techniques to aid in credit decision making in addition to being responsible for sales targets as well.

Midhun has done his Masters in Business Administration specializing in Marketing & Systems from Amrita School of Business.

Midhun is a certified Trainer from Dale Carnegie Inc. and has also completed his psychometric assessment certification from Extended DISC International through Larks Learning.

He also has a Bachelors degree in Economics from Sacred Heart’s College, MG University.
