Diana has a work experience of over 18 years across various industries which includes IT Product & Services, Hospitality, and ITES.
She has worked as a Corporate Trainer with Cognizant Technologies in Siruseri IT Park Chennai. She has worked with ICICI, Qatar Airways and Spencer’s. She has led over 200+ workshops, conceptualized, designed & delivered programs in India, Middle East and Singapore covering employees & clients across levels.
In his last stint with corporate world, she was Corporate Trainer training in the entire gamut of Training vertical of the entire L1 & L2 level employee. She worked on to build a learning culture within companies in close collaboration with CPO’s & L&D Head Team.
He designed & developed a complete Leadership Journey to train & nurture 10+ future leaders in the company. The growing business & requirement to collaborate better with the clients demanded his to facilitate consulting assignments in US, UK, Europe & APAC for Project Kick-offs & Implementation projects.
She has led Training Programs & anchored multiple in-person / virtual trainings for diverse topics. In her 16 years stint with Cognizant Technology Solutions was involved in diverse Training projects too.
Currently, as a consultant for 1.5 years she has led Leadership development program for IT companies, Retail, Banking and Finance companies.
