Mehul has a work experience of over 20 years across various industries which include Education, Textile, Jewelry, and KPO. He has trained more than 2000 associates at Entry/ Middle/ Senior management levels.
From the year 1997, Mehul started his career in Mumbai with a Textile Business where he was supplying fabrics to Garment Industry. He was supplying both mill made and own manufactured fabrics.Since he was very passionate for teaching computers, he used to spend morning hours at Microtech Computers, Mumbai where he was teaching MS Office & Tally.
Mehul shifted to Dubai in 2003 and joined Damas Jewellery as a Senior Accountant in banking department. He was responsible for managing funds in 12 bank accounts. He was also involved in gold hedging with banks.
In 2004 Mehul joined a KPO (Paperchase Accountancy, Ahmedabad) doing accounting work for UK based restaurants. Within six months of joining he got promoted as a Team Leader.He was majorly involved in designing and implementing organizational policies and procedures. He was managing around 100 people. He successfully handled the project to get ISO Certification.
A three year stint with Paperchase Accountancy has given him a great exposure to Microsoft Excel. He was very amazed by Excel and understood that Excel is very useful for any company – very small to big corporates. Since he wanted to learn Excel deeply, he went to many computer institutes but was never satisfied. So he started learning Excel on his own.
In 2008 Mehul joined Anagram Knowledge Academy Ltd., a Lalbhai Group Company providing education in BFSI space. He was involved in all the activities of the company like Marketing, HR, Admin, Accounts, IT. He implemented an ERP solution containing modules like CRM, Finance, Library, and Academics.He also started teaching to MBA students. After gaining sufficient knowledge of MS Excel, he started imparting training on MS Excel to other Corporates and Management Institutes.
With Mindskillz, Mehul has been primarily responsible for providing customized end-to-end MS Excel training through interactive and experiential learning workshops.He has a deep sense of research orientation, which helps in developing content, and need / gap analysis.His Professional Strengths are strong business acumen, understanding the needs of the client and deliver accordingly.
