Suresh has a work experience of over 27 years across various industries like logistics, IT training, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI).
He has worked as a Regional Head for Sales Training vertical in companies like ING, Exide & Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance companies and in field sales leader with DHL Worldwide Express and American Express Bank.
Suresh has led over 200+ workshops on domain competence, selling skills for employees across levels.
In his last stints with corporate world, he was heading the training & development vertical for assigned region. He was actively involved in making, molding and mentoring the front-line teams. He worked on to build a learning culture in close collaboration with Business Heads, HR leaders and other stakeholders. He designed 10+ Leadership workshops (junior to mid-level managers); 25+ Behavioral workshops on Communication, Personal & Professional Excellence, Client Centricity & People Leadership.
He also designed & developed need specific programs for capability enhancement for FOS of the companies like ING, Exide & Edelweiss.
He specializes in offering blended learning programs customized to the learner needs. Suresh firmly believes in learner centered, performance oriented, interaction-based facilitation. He is an expert in In-person & Virtual training delivery modes.
Suresh holds a Master’s degree in Business in Mathematics from Loyola College, Chennai besides holding a PG diploma in Marketing Management from Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA). He also holds certifications from Kinder brothers international and Bodhi Training Solutions.
He is currently a Senior Consulting faculty with Mindskillz adding value to the organization with his multiple certifications.
