Kusum has been a master trainer with United Nations adolescence population fund for several years. She has been responsible for providing customized end-to-end soft skills training and development solutions through interactive and experiential learning workshops for many a reputed companies and
Government organizations. She has a deep sense of research orientation which helps in developing content and need / gap analysis. She has created design documents, developed content and delivered the modules.
