Kosha has over 16 years of work experience, which includes training and quality. She has trained over 1200 associates at Entry and Mid-level in BPO’s and the IT industry.From the year 1999, Kosha started her career with Intel as a training coordinator.
She later joined WNS as an associate moving on to the training field and migrating processes from UK and Australia. She started her training as a freelancer in 2012.
At WNS she was mainly involved in Voice and Accent and Process training. She was also a Sr. Quality Analyst when at WNS.
As she comes with a Masters in English from Mumbai University she has in depth knowledge on language specially grammar. She is currently doing an online certification in TESOL (Training in English as a Second Language) from Oxford. She was majorly involved in New Hire Training, conducting workshops in communication, customer service, and telephone etiquette English for work and leadership. She was involved in resourcing and auditing voice resources.
Kosha has undergone several Train the trainer programs. She has also worked on several NASSCOM projects for employability amongst the youth.
With Mindskillz, Kosha has been primarily responsible for providing customized end-to-end soft skills training and development solutions through interactive and experiential learning workshops. She has a deep sense of research orientation, which helps in developing content, and need / gap analysis. Created design documents, developed content and delivered the modules. She was also involved in creating audio – visual training tools for clients.
