Kiran Sangawar  is a Learning and Development Professional with industry experience in Training for around 24 years.  As a Trainer he has worked in various industries from document conversion, eBook publishing, vendor management, technical helpdesk, customer service, airlines, automobiles, hotel & hospitality and construction.

Kiran has done B.Sc in Electronics and Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunications. He has a certificate in Hospital Management course. He has worked with Wipro for close to 10 years in various roles handling Training for multiple clients and representing the Training Function in Quarterly Business Reviews.

His forte is proficiency in facilitating training sessions, workshops, and seminars, employing various instructional techniques to engage learners and promote active participation. He can smoothly use various e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools to leverage technology for efficient and engaging training delivery.

Kiran has worked with people from varied demography and Nationality as he has worked in the USA , Canada , Philippines , UAE and India. 

He has trained for United Airlines for ground staff in ticketing and reservations, communication, escalation handling. He has also trained the sales and service staff for the launch of Fiat Linea for dealerships in Pune .
