Kavita has more than 25 years in Training and teaching across various industries which included Banking and financial services, IT sectors and schools.
She has worked for 20 years as a Head Coach in HSBC Bank, responsible for setting up the Training academy, including leading and managing a 25-member Training team across 5 countries.
Her area of expertise includes Core coaching & Behavioral Coaching, Presentation Skills, Soft Skills, Motivational Skills, Stakeholder Management, Elevator Pitch, Time Management, Interviewing Skills, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills.
Kavita is a double Master’s in Business Administration from Smt. Chanda Devi Academy and in Systems Management from the National Institute of Information technology. She is a Mathematics graduate from Ethiraj College in Chennai.
In HSBC Bank – Kavita has run over 9000 coaching sessions which included voice modulation classes. She has facilitated over 1000 workshops after Learning needs analysis for Leadership, Talent, communication, and Language classes from conceptualization to design and development. Classes were designed based on Learner modalities.
As part of her Banking career Kavita has also designed and developed role-based competency programs for 60% staff development.
In her most recent role in HSBC Kavita has worked with New Hires, designing, and developing Lessons plans and curriculum mapping for over 500 New Hires. Coaching staff on their voice skills, vocabulary, and written sentence formation. Cross Training plans were created with refresher Training for all staff.
She is currently a senior consulting faculty with Mindskillz adding value to the organization with her multiple certifications.
Some of her training includes core Coaching, Communication skills, Presentation skills, voice modulation, Interviewing skills and Negotiation skills workshops for Invesco and 360digiTMG Training companies.
She specializes in offering blended learning programs which can be customized as face to face and virtual classes. She specializes in combining classroom (both virtual and face-face) training with 1-on-1 Coaching sessions.
