Kaustubh Bankapure, is a trained applied theatre practitioner. He has completed his MA in Applied Theatre from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, University of London after he did his Masters in Commerce from University of Pune, India. He has more than eight years of experience in theater and five years in teaching. This has made him theoretically and practically more resourceful.
Apart from his work with NGOs such as Prism Foundation (Pune), Centre for Arts, Media and
Social Welfare (Hyderabad), Institute of Health and Management (Pune), Helpers of the
Handicapped (Kolhapur) he was also teaching at several institutions including FLAME
(Pune), University of Hyderabad (Hyderabad), National School of Drama, TIE (Tripura), Fergusson Academy of Creative Sciences (Pune). He was also invited to conduct workshops at various universities in the UK including University of Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester and London.
He has worked with some of the highly recognized creative organizations in the world including Film and Television Institute of India, SPECTRUM, Colombo International Festival of Theatre, Contact Theatre Manchester, London International Festival of Theatre, National Youth Orchestra and BBC, UK. He works as a training consultant for various industries in India.
He conducts programmes on Leadership, Assertiveness, Effective Communication Time management, Team Building, Interpersonal Approach, Capacity Building, Challenging Perceptions, Corporate and Social Behavior, Personal Effectiveness, Conflict Management, Negotiation Skills.
He is committed to improve the quality of work and productivity of human resource by working on thrust areas such as personal experience, realization, exploration and participative learning.
